What You’ll Do:

• Create and schedule scroll-stopping content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and more. 
• Capture real-time moments at local events, installs, and team gatherings.
• Jump on trends (yes, even the weird ones) to keep our brand fresh.
• Build community by replying to DMs, comments, and reviews.
• Collaborate with our team to align posts with bigger marketing goals.
• Track performance, analyze results, and keep improving.
• Help organize digital assets and support marketing projects.
• Manage a content calendar and keep things fun and on-brand.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience running social media for a brand, project, or yourself (show us your work!)
• Strong photo/video/editing skills and a love for creating content.
• A sharp eye for trends and a sense of humor.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Comfort with attending events, sometimes after hours.
• Bonus points for experience with tools like Hootsuite, Meta Suite, Canva, or Adobe.

Job Description:

The Installer is responsible for the accurate and professional installation of all Bath Fitter products at the job site according to Bath Fitter procedures and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Remodel bathroom in one day by using trade skills such as carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction.
• Inform customers about the functionality, care, and upkeep of their new installations.
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos.
• Take inventory of the installation vehicle and keep it stocked with all necessary tools and job components.

Qualifications:

• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Possess some experience with carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation experience with the ability to take accurate measurements using a tape measure, level & combination square.
• Plumbing knowledge preferred.
• Plumbing license a bonus but not required.
• Ability to use power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.)
• Ability to lift and/or push and/or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure.
